Began as a Customer Support Representative, resolving grocery order issues through voice, chats and email ensuring customer satisfaction then got promoted to Technical Support II, I resolved software issues (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk), maintained the Instacart AKB (Agent Knowledge Base,) trained new agents, and contributed to piloting and implementing new CRM softwares.
